A little knit Anda. Good thing the pattern has so much ease built in. I wanted to use as little of the fabric as possible, so instead of cutting both the front and back on the fold, I just cut 2 of the back and made a seam down the back. I was using a knit, so I used the stretch stitch on my machine. The back and side seams came out all wonky, so I cut the seams off (probably took off over 3 inches from around the body doing so). Seamed it back up with a regular stitch, much better. It still hangs a little funny, but the fabric is so cute, and it fits slimmer now anyway which is much better. I didn’t do any elastic or drawstring as I’ll wear it with a belt. It’s my third Anda, and they just keep getting better!
Simple stretch knit, used just over 1 yd.
