I made this dress out of two matching fabrics, a purple floral paisley ( I love paisley!!!) and a solid purple. The pattern called for only a contrasting fabric for the neck band but I used it at the bottom of the dress too because I didn’t have enough of the paisley!!!I also made a belt out of the paisley because the finished dress didn’t do much for my shape. In the end I love the way it came out! The neck line was the most complicated part!

I have to give props to my local Joann fabric store because of their sale I bought this pattern for $1 and the fabric was $8 so this dress was a great project for under $10!
