Burda Style For people who sew
Description
I have been loving on ruffle neck & cinched waist dresses. I made this one from clearance fabric (I believe it was chiffon) and I made it without a pattern. The skirt and bodice were separate pieces- I gathered the skirt to be about the same size as the bodice, sewed them together, and then sewed elastic thread a few times near the seam to cinch it.

1 1/4 yard 60" chiffon, elasticized thread
