I started this dress several years ago when I was heavier. I found it half finished in my fabric bin and decided to finish it with modifications. I made it shorter and used the extra fabric to make a bottom ruffle. It is a simple drawstring neckline with three rows of elastic at the waist. It is lined with green fabric in a slightly tighter underskirt that stays down when I ride my bike and adds a pretty contrast.
