This is my second pair of crop pants I have made from this pattern. This time I used a very stretchy fabric made from some sort of synthetic fibers because I am allergic to cotton. Otherwise I tend to break out in a rash during cardio type workouts = ( I also did a bit less top stitching because my cover-stitch machine was acting up. The machine was starting to skip stitches even after I just changed the needles. Fortunately I was able to ask my mechanic about it later and he said that the tension on the needle threads might be to tight.
