Burda Style For people who sew
Description
Swing dress with “Set-in side panels shape a lovely bust.” The set in side panels only shape a lovely bust if you have a lovely bust… I have the budding breast of a thirteen year old, so the side panels didn’t really do me any favours. I ended up having to take in the bodice at the sides, as well as raise the gathered skirt a bit higher to my actual waist. I think a rounded side panel would be better for those with a smaller bust.
