Purple Batik Dress

I’ve always loved Batik, and this is my third creation of Batik dress. I’ll post the other two soon ;]
Used my own pattern, i’m not sure how to fill that out in the pattern column.

Material Notes

Indonesian batik fabric, doubled with arrow cotton fabric for inner layer.

    It’s a lovely dress and it’s inspiring too. I also have some batik sarong waiting to be turned into a dress or something. I bought some of them here in Holland in the Pasar Malam Besar. However, as it is very cold here at present, it will still take some more months before I post anything made of these sarong. It’s now more a time for making winter clothes. But I wil keep your idea in the back of my head.

    thanks, yeah, that’s batik =] they are very common and cheap here in indonesia! you should buy more when you come to visit.

    Wow…I like batik too! I’ve only 3 batik sarong but I’ve turn them into batik pant and two into tunics, I love your, look very simple yet classy, is that batik sarong? The fabric’s pattern are nice! Good work!
