Description

This is my puffy skirt! I use the how to made a party skirt, but at the end I don’t like it so much, so I made the puffy effect! And I like it so much!!
I add one more fabric rectangle (not so large as the outside one) to the inside, and sew it on the bottom of the skirt and then to the waistband, and just make some hand stitches on the back (at the inside) for the zipper open.

    wow. great skirt! how did you get the puffy effect? does it need a stiff cloth? and did you fold half of it up to sew in? thanx for helping me :)
