i saw this fabric at spotlight and had to buy it for my daughter. i \wasn’t very happy with a lot of the patterns i had at my disposal so i used a combination of a pattern and shirt that fit her well. i drafted my own variation (puffed sleeve) to the sleeve but didn’t like the width of the bottom of the sleeve so popped in an inverted pleat and added a button for extra pop! to finish the seams i used one of the “fancy” stitches on my machine, rather than a zigzag or double stitch. I learnt a bit about additions required for make a shoulder opening – they are actually very simple but i spent a lot of time figuring this out. hope you like this cute number
