I used a slightly modified pattern from Sew Liberated to make this pretty cotton blouse. I attached the bottom part of the sleeve with the elastic because I did not have a large enough piece of fabric to cut out two whole sleeves and I made it longer.
I could easily see making this pattern into a dress – it would look really cute with a belt.
Sparkle in pretty tanks, easy dresses, and a romper with splashes of sequins.
