These are the first puffy sleeves I’ve worn since primary school! I adjusted the pattern by taking half of the gathered fabric out of the sleeves. I also changed the cuffs to be plain, instead of having a button closure. These are my nichola pants again, fresh out of the washing machine instead of the clothes pile in our bedroom. And of course, my current favourite shoes, made for me by Rose-Anne Russell at The Little Shoe Shop.

Mike – for taking the photo, and for belly laughing with me when I made the original sleeves – they were ridiculous!

I also think it’s a great outfit! The puffed sleeves look great as-is…I wonder how puffy they were before! (ps, cute shoes)
