used an old skirt I bought on a market for 2€ I think. It was first sight love, those balck flowers on the red background inspired me so much! I made the lining in black satin, the under skirt (attached to the dress) is made with tulle, loads of it! There are 12 layers of different kinds of tulle (hard and soft to give the nice puffiness). I used finally black velvet to the middle part (that looks like a wide belt). And that was it! My prom dress.
