Ok thanks You use Reynolds Freezer Paper. You remove the paper after printing very carefully it should peel away. You can iron the freshly printed cotton sheet together with the paper still backing it if you want to be certain and it does help to fix the colour.
Good luck it really opens a lot of doors interms of graphics and once you have the paper there are many uses for it; google reynolds paper. Good for printing templates and then you cut them out iron them to your fabric and it gives a really neat fabric patch.

This technique just sounds great, but I have a question. I do not know the kind of Paper you used, so do you remove the paper after printing or before sewing? Thank you for sharing!
