This was a project for Stampington & Co.’s magazine, Altered Couture. It is featured in the fall issue that is on the stands now, and has the basic “how-to-do-it” article accompanying a few pictures of the dress. It was made (altered) from a basic chemise dress with a peplum, and a blue bridesmaid/prom gown.
