this is a really simple silhoutte. princess seam bodice with gathered flared skirt. the print is love at first sight and i was so lucky i had the LAST 4metres. its really hard to find prints like this. i dare say that 70% of the fabrics sold here are flower prints and the rest are abstracts. i added some details like welt pockets and in-seam pockets(yay to pockets!) and also exposed zipper teeth on the sleeves.
i used bunka textbooks to draft the pattern for the dress. the fit is spot on! i could totally sleep in this dress. its that comfy.
