Burda Style For people who sew
Description
Dress I made to wear to a wedding. Straight out of Burda Style magazine 07-2010, but I pretty much just ignored the instructions coz it suggested all these different fabrics and layers and it all got a bit too confusing! The jersey is the bottom layer, with a gathered layer of voile on top. Anyhow it turned out perfectly with no fitting issues, probably due to using a stretch fabric. It’s so nice not having to make alterations to a pattern every once in a while!
