So, where I work, every year there is a ball, and each year the ball has a theme color. Last year, it was pink. After the ball, there are yards and yards of material that would otherwise be discarded. The ladies I work with all claim it and make things with it. I’m not much of pink person myself, so I’ve been using the fabric for silly things. This is a skirt I made from an old Butterick pattern I had from high school. I’ve no idea when I will ever wear it, but it is fun to lounge around the house in.
