I planned to give this to my niece but as I made it up it appeared to be far too big, so now it’s for sale in my Mum’s shop.
It took me about 2 days to make. I would have been quicker, but the embroidery took hours to do.
The only machine stitch I used on this dress was a straight stitch – the seams are flat-felled, the edges are bound, and the dress fastens with large snaps.

About 1 yard or metre of fabric. I used red drill, but a softer fabric might be more appropriate. I used what I had. : )
