With the weather getting better for the summer in Ireland I was inspired to make a dress for the sunny days (even though there are not many of them!!). I got this pretty floral cotton from my local fabric shop last weekend and started workin on the dress straight away. This dress took about 9 hours to make. It is a basic “A” line shape with covered buttons down the centre back, an invisible side zip, a lace trimmed peter pan collar and lace trimmed pockets.
