Powder Blue Nautical Dress

This dress started out as a top but after some thought ended up being this dress. I used a thick fashion stripe knit/cotton and this is my own design.

    LOL @ Priscilla’s comment! I missed that until I saw her comment. It does look strategically placed and very smart! Denise, this is a wonderful design! The draping of the collar is very flattering. And the hem is perfect! Your talent is very inspiring…

      thanks…I was unsure about the collar until I added the black bias tape!
