The story of an ugly potato sack of a shirt turned into a waist-cinching blouse. For only four dollars! I removed the peplum and brought in the side seams. I then reapplied the peplum at the waist, rather than the hips, where it was sitting before. About 60-90 minutes worth of sewing for a new shirt.
