I found this rayon fabric at a thrift store, four yards for about six bucks. It’s covered in little post-horns (cylindrical brass instruments) which I thought were kind of funny.
This blouse design was inspired by an Anthropologie tank — a single sash creates the straps and bow in front. Quite easy! There’s a tutorial on my blog.
