McCall’s 6460 View C. B cup.
I’ve always been in love with Colette Patterns’ Macaron dress pattern but I couldn’t get my hands on it. At least not yet. So I settled with McCall’s 6460. It’s fairly easy to sew this dress, the instructions were okay, but I could not get it to fit right on the bust part that it took me a week’s worth of work on the muslin before I finally cut into my chosen fabric. To accent the look, I made a belt with a fabric-covered belt buckle to go with the dress.
Red and cream printed cotton stretch sateen for main fabric. Cream cotton batiste for contrasting fabric. Satin bias tape for armholes and neckline.
Hit the city streets in adventurous looks with utilitarian details like cargo pockets and belts.
Twists on feminine classics, like a bold patterned shift dress and pants with a racing stripe.
