This bag that I recently designed and made is on consignment at “DepARTure”, a shop at the Albany, NY airport, that showcases work from area museums and local artists. The shop is currently featuring items that relate to the nearby historic race track at Saratoga Springs, NY. This race track opened on August 3, 1863, and is the oldest organized sporting venue of any kind in the United States It is typically open for racing from late July through early September. Fashionable hats and beautiful summer outfits add to the unique atmosphere at this historic race track.
Printed cotton fabric, fusible fleece interfacing, indoor/outdoor fabric for piping and straps, thread, magnetic snap.

A beautiful bag! I was thinking that I would like a peek inside, too. :)
