for my GCSE final peace i was given the breath to make a home furnishing that has been inspired by a perticuler artistic movment. i chose post modanism and the art movments that fall under that heading.
the quilt is made up of 14 separate trianguler sections which all meet up off center.
Each section is difrent and deataled. the quilt took alot of time 2 compleat: with a two week time table i hade 5 1hower textiles lessons, i stade in at brake and some lunch times and stade after school 2 howers for over a month to get the quilt finished. however it was worth it as i got an A for all my hard work.
i even gave up a snow day beeding, (unforchantly from the pictures you cant see all the beads)
i give thanks to my textile teachers: Mrs. Kemp
and asistent teacher: Miss Huchinson
and some thick curtain material
