This Popeye Halloween costume was made from a pattern I saved from the 80’s. I made it somewhat larger than the original since I found that the plus size market is very underserved. It is made with all washable fabric. It will fit man approximately 6’2" and chest up to 44". The pants have an elastisized waist fitting up to a 44" waist. The leg length will adjust for a shorter person simply by raising the elastic leg up the calf. This keeps its bell bottom shape.
