just a simple poofy skirt. no pattern
i just cut a long piece of fabric and used a gathering stitch to gather it. for the waistband, i measured my waist and cut a rectangular piece a couple inches larger than my waist, no more than 3 or 4 i think. then i just sewed the skirt to the waistband and i was done. the fabric is stretchy so i didnt use a zipper.
cool shiny stretchy cottony like fabric

The pattern for the Volumous Skirt or the Helena Skirt are similar.
