I love this coat. Such fun fabric, so soft and cuddly, so warm. Yes it is still winter in Australia. You all might be thinking about sun dresses, but we can only dream at the moment!
I had a bit of fun using some couture techniques on this project, even though it seemed a bit silly(faux fur on a knit backing- how non couture is that!).I didn’t use the attached scarf/shawl collar for this project but changed it to the stand collar of project 10/2012 #129. The other major change was to leave off the fur hooks and use toggles instead.
