Adapting from Lydia basic T-shirt.
I saw the similar dress from Jcrew
website/catalog and I really like it.
The starting price was 180 but now
is on sale for only 50 bucks. Darn it,
it was a pain in the neck to make
this dress.

I think plackets are a pain in the neck to sew. You pulled it off beautifully!

I absolutely love this. And I’d rather buy it from you than J. Crew any day!

i looked up the dress you were talking about on the j.crew website, and i don’t think you should feel bad at all! the color and sleeves on yours are much more beautiful and interesting. AND when you wear it, you won’t run into anyone else wearing it :)

Wow, great adaptation of Lydia! Looks great, so I guess it was worth the the pain in the neck, and you still paid less than those 50 bucks.
