Description

This is my second Belladone and I’m in LOVE. I lengthened the bodice this time by 4.5 centimeters, and lowered the bust dart by 1cm, but I could have made the bodice even longer and the bust dart still needs to come down another 1-2cm. Besides the length, the sizing is spot-on. I just wish there was a “lengthen here” line on the bodice like with the big 4 patterns.

So pretty! As soon as I saw the bias tape edging I knew it was a Belladone!

I’m pretty sure that adding a lengthening line is easy. In this case all you should need to do is draw a line across the skirt that is perpendicular (90 degrees) to the grainline arrows.
