I made this fabric out of a 97% cotton 3% spandex woven fabric in black with white polkadots. I took the halter out of a simplicity pattern although I had to make a few changes to make it fit better. I draped the skirt. The first one I made didn’t include the red piping and it looked really dull – so I made new one with red piping! I’m so happy with how it came out. It’s also very comfortable and will fit a few shapes because the spandex molds to the body.
