Description

I did not use any pattern to make this dress. The bust section is done according to Maryy’s instructions (http://www.burdastyle.com/projects/bust-of-the-heat-dress). I’ve also added a lace ribbon and 5 buttons to the bust for decoration. I’ve used the same lace ribbon on the hem. The dress is fully lined with white cotton and the lining has a polka dot trim.

    You might want to add a formal link to Mary’s project (“Based on” at the bottom of the edit project page – just type ‘bust of the heat dress’ into the icon and the option to make the link should pop up) so that your dress appears in the list of finished projects there – and so that she gets to know that her instructions helped!
