I simply love my polka dot skirt! It is based on the Sidonie pattern which I gave a little flare so the skirt could swing. Everything went well until the very last step: While sewing the button hole, my machine ate the fabric (why, oh why?). To cover the hole, I made a little heart shaped application which adds a special touch to this fun summer skirt.
