Description

I’m trying to sew from my stash – this pink and cream polka dot silk was in two small remnant pieces, and I had to really search through my pattern stash to find the kind of simple blocky kimono-sleeve top that I wanted to make. Happily I did manage to find a suitable pattern – an OOP Butterick pattern.

This was very straightforward to make apart from the fabric wanting to move around as I sewed, and will be really useful to wear to work. More photos and info on my blog

Material Notes

Silk twill I think – remnant fabric bought from Tessuti Fabrics in Sydney
