I made this half circle skirt for a friend, who really wanted a version of my turquoise polka dot skirt. I added my own flair to it by using a bias binding as the waistband, which continues into a bow you can tie, and some hearts. I just used some Velcro for the opening. In truth, they sold out of the cute turquoise brown dot fabric I used for the previous skirt, so I improvised here. Hope she likes it.
