Button up sleeveless collar top for this super hot weather in San Diego. I struggled with the fit of this top because I didn’t like the the armhole of the pattern. I modifizedit and it became quite large, not hugging my body at all. After so many trials, it came out nicely and I love everything about it.

Material Notes

Polka dot chambray cotton, metal buttons

AHH! This is adorable!! What did you think of the pattern and fit? I’ve been eyeing it for a while.

Thank you! This is my first time sewing burda pattern and here is my honest thoughts:
      - the instructions on this one is great and even a beginner like me can follow.
      - It includes so many pieces for others patterns which means you have to prints lots of papers that don’t even need.
      - I didn’t like the armhole style because it looks kinda oldschool, not like in the picture. So thats why i had to modified it to show more arms/shoulder if that makes any sense haha.
-If i make this again I wouldn’t interface the collar for a more casual look.

Hope that helps you a little :)
