Description

For this project I used the Sewing Republic Two tone apron Tutorial. I changed alot so for starters I shortened it and I decided to add only one pocket. Lately I have been loving ruffles on everything so I ruffled the underlayer and machine embroidered the ruffles. The Top layer of the apron has a slit so you can see the ruffles peeking through. I used box pleats for added fullness and I pleated the pocket. I love how it turned out and it makes me feel flirty and carefree when I wear it. Because sometimes in the middle of the day when I am drowning in the pile of dirty laundry, the baby is fussy and the husband is hungry….I just need a bit of glamor

I had to redo the prodject listing for this because the other one did not show the right pics. So hopefully the other listing will delete soon. =)
