Step 3 Hem, Fold and Press
Now you should hem the top and bottom. I double folded the top by about an inch and straight stitched on top (I actually did not hem before I pressed in the photo and had to go back to do so.)
Now you can begin the tedious process of folding and pressing your pleats.
