This was actually a a tank top that I made for myself while I was pregnant. It made me look gigantic though and I only wore it once. It has lived under my sewing table for about 3 years now until I pulled it out the other day. I tightened the elastic and shorted and criss crossed the straps and now it is a lovely, flowing dress for my 2 1/2 year old!
The top layer is material that was pleated when I bought it. I'm not sure what it is made of. The lining is white cotton.
