I love dresses with pockets. and this time I wanted to try in-seam pockets placed not into side seam but into waist seam. and I used the skirt lining as pocket facing. for neckline and sleeves I used this pattern book, pattern no.5.

Material Notes

cotton white fabric and polyester lining

Garment Type

This is lovely! I love pockets too – and this waist seam pocket idea is really cool. I like it very much…. I will keep this idea in the back of my mind for future projects!! ;) Nice little contrast on the collar. What a charming garden! x

thank you, I also need to keep this idea in my mind and try it again, because it was a bit different from what I imagined…:P When we took a walk around our new house, we happened to find a temple with this beautiful garden :)

What a great variation: pockets on the front. I really like this cool dress! I wish I could get those pattern books in Hungary too…
