I tried to make a plain black skirt but it’s hard when there are piping techniques to try out. This is my third make of the Miss Chalmers’ skirt from Papercut patterns
I added self-made piping which I made from an old black gingham blouse. I used the tutorials from Colette Patterns on how to make piping and how to add piping
Not sure but man-made.
