Burda Style For people who sew
Description
This is from a late 50s pattern. It has a stand-up collar, buttons down the front and a gathered bodice back. I made it from Jo-Ann’s new plaid fabric in a grey and green plaid. I hemmed the skirt and sleeves by hand and made self covered buttons. I really like how it turned out, at it was my first attempt to match plaid.More details and pictures on my blog

I added some ease because I thought it would be wayyy to tight and then I ended up taking in the side seams a bunch to make it fit right. So in the end, I should have just left it as is
