I made this blazer using the Steffi pattern. I really love this! I have been wearing it every day even though it is already getting a little too cold for it. I lined it with some beautiful aubergine satin that I found. I think that – adding lining – and lengthening the sleeves were the only changes I made to this.
I think I look very English in it :)
I blogged it here
I made the scarf too.
Plaid wool blend (I don’t know what it’s blended with…), satin

Hi. Those instructions are pretty confusing….
You have two collar pieces. Put interfacing onto one of these. Pin the interfaced one to the neck of the coat, right sides facing, then stitch it. Trim the seam allowances and cut little notches like in the picture.

The collar piece without the interfacing gets attached to the facing pieces in the same way.
Then put the collar/coat piece and the collar/facing piece right sides together and pin and sew.
Hope this helps.

Where is your horse and where are the Corgies, Royal Highness?? ;) The jacket is really suitable for you, your appearance makes it less stringent (right word?). I think you can wear it with many other garments. It looks really nice to the Jeans on the photo.
