My best friend’s mom has an amazing collection of patterns from when she was young and I was so excited to come across a romper pattern. The plaid fabric is from her collection as well. I didn’t modify the pattern at all for this attempt, but it came out rather snug so I’m going to make some changes for the next time I make it. The romper pulls on and fastens at one shoulder with some buttons which are made with the same fabric. I wore this outfit on Christmas with my family and I’d have to say that I was definitely the best dressed. Everyone should have a romper.
Plaid cotton, plaid buttons made with a button kit.

Another cool creation! I’ve been wanting to make a romper, I have a few vintage patterns I’ve picked up at thrift stores over the years. Never thought they’d be in fashion and I could legitimately make one to wear! Looks great. I think I am more likely to give it a go now!

So cool. Love the tights with it. The feminine/lumberjack (from the red plaid) mix is super cool.
