Description
High waisted skirt, pleated for fullness. I used the bottom half of a mens flannel shirt to create this skirt. Zipper closure in the back. Waist-band made from the sleeves.

Great up-cycling. It must have been a pretty large shirt, though…I usually find them too narrow to make a baloon skirt. And, again, Joy is embarassing pretty.
