I made this skirt way back around Saint Patrick’s Day (it was the only green fabric I had at the time). It’s just a simple gathered skirt with a 1inch waistband. There’s an invizible zipper on the side. The skirt is actually acting as a cover up in these photos, since my top is my swimsuit (I was on my way to go swimming).
