i had all this plaid material laying around, so i decided to make this dress (i’d had the pattern for a while). well, it turned out that i didn’t actually have enough material for the whole thing so i shortened the skirt and used white for the bodice parts. i’m really happy with how it turned out. =]
(in case you were wondering, we’re actually at a concert/recital type thing, not a dance(although my friend and i were actually swing dancing =] ). we were at a summer music camp and this was our first concert. it was fun)
