I got some cute knit fabric and decided to make some PJ pants for my nieces. I used a free pattern for leggings and just cut off some extra at the bottom for cuffs. I also changed the way I did the elastic waistband (folded down and sewed a cuff then inserted the elastic and stitched up the hole).

You have to join the 4shared site to download the pattern, but worth it for me. The pattern goes from 6mo-6T if I can remember correctly.
They turned out really good (I think). First try with knit fabric and went really well. I used a ball point needle, regular foot, and stretch stitch on my machine.
