These are some fun earrings I created today using felt, wire, ear wires and my favorite thing: hot glue.
The idea for this project came because today I volunteered at my kids’ school at their monthly hot lunch day. The school asked for volunteers to fling pizza slices onto plates and I said yes and then I instantly realized I needed a playful outfit for this event. Not having an extra few days to make a red, white and green Italy-themed dress, I decided I could make some fab, fun, cheerful earrings in 30 minutes. (Thank Heavens for hot glue). Many of the kids at school were delighted that I had accessorized in a nod to the day’s lunch. It was SO fun to make and wear these!
Felt from Michael’s (I think it’s made from recycled water bottles, which makes it extra good).
