Description

I used to love those tacky plastic toy pinwheels as a kid. Now I’m addicted to the grown up version, with die cut blades and accents like rhinestones and pearls. They’re so much fun to make and inexpensive too. A great way to decorate for weddings, parties or any occasion. Simply make one as an elegant little gift to bring to the hostess at your next dinner party. You can make them from foam sheets, fabric, lace, paper, vinyl, etc. Just finished an article that includes photos of my whole collection. See them at wheels!

Do it. Give yourself this gift. They take minutes to make and hours to enjoy!

I think we 3 (Adriana, Patti and I) all remember the days of our childhood when our parents took us to a fair (in Australia and New Zealand, it is called the Agricultural and Rural Show) and bought us a hand held windmill as a special treat. Thank-you for sharing another lovely idea which brings back so many happy memories.

And thank you for sharing too. We’re getting a global education about fairs!

Thank you my friend! I’d love to bring you a bouquet of pinwheels in May but they’re too hard to pack! I’ll email about the trip in April so we can talk in detail.
