I used to love those tacky plastic toy pinwheels as a kid. Now I’m addicted to the grown up version, with die cut blades and accents like rhinestones and pearls. They’re so much fun to make and inexpensive too. A great way to decorate for weddings, parties or any occasion. Simply make one as an elegant little gift to bring to the hostess at your next dinner party. You can make them from foam sheets, fabric, lace, paper, vinyl, etc. Just finished an article that includes photos of my whole collection. See them at wheels!
